We are beyond excited to receive this years' harvest from Dariela Hernandez at Finca El Mandarino in Ocotepeque, Honduras. This year, we have selected the anaerobic natural from their offerings. Showcasing a dynamic acidity and sweetness, this lot exhibits incredible structure and a lingering finish. Comprised of Parainema variety, the coffee grows between 1200-1250 meters above sea level. It is evident the care and intention that this coffee has received from start to finish, and we couldn't be more proud to spotlight the incredible work done by Dariela.
