An absolutely delicious coffee in every brew method, this honey processed lot from San Diego mill speaks to the level of quality that can be achieved on a large scale. Having the most modern mill in Costa Rica would warrant such praise and the consistency speaks for itself. The mill receives ripe cherries from local smallholder producers, mainly cultivating Caturra and Catuai varieties between 1,200- 1,750 meters.Once the fruit is received and accepted as perfectly ripe, the coffee is depulped, dry fermented and spread out on raised beds to dry with constant turning to prevent uneven spots.
